Hi, I’m Bonnie LaBuda, the owner and founder of Herb n’ Essences.
I grew up on a 160 acre hobby farm south of St. Cloud, MN. As a child, I spent a lot of my time with my grandmother Laurie who was a
wonderful woman. She was a nutritionist and herbalist and didn’t even realize it. I learned a lot about nutrition and herbs from her as a child, teenager and
now adult.
In the early 90’s, I started studying alternative therapies. I studied
acupressure, massage, aromatherapy and in the mid 90’s spent a summer studying
with a herbalist. Herbalism was definitely by calling. In 2000, I started
working with a herbalist and biochemist, together we came up with the products, I
now sell.
I am so appreciative and thankful to God for all the wonderful gifts he has
put on this earth.
